Refund & Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is accepted, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Products sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You will bear the cost of return shipping.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the order is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can process a replacement or full refund.

Change of mind/buyer remorse

Have you changed your mind about a product? You’ll need to return it in its original, unused condition and within 30 days of receipt. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Only toys and products in good condition are eligible for a full refund.

Exchanges
You have 30 days from the day of receipt of your order to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or variant. Only items in good condition are eligible for exchange, and the costs of returning the original item and shipping the exchanged products are at the customer's expense.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in—good as new condition, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Cancellation

You can cancel your order before it is shipped. Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you want to cancel your order.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card partners to process and post the refund.
